Patrick provided excellent insight and guidance into the traffic ticket adjudication process, equipping me with the verbiage needed to successfully get the ticket dismissed. He was very knowledgable, understanding, and re-assuring throughout the ordeal. Awesome job!! Thanks a ton Patrick!!!

Shawn Gritz is an amazing lawyer. He listened to all of my concern when it came to this case. It was my first DUI/DWI and I was scared, anxious and confused. Shawn was very helpful throughout my experience in the District Court. I was cited for failure to notify the owner of a parked car I damaged in a parking lot which required me to appear in court. Shawn described to me what I should expect to experience in the courtroom and how to pursue the least damaging resolution for me at trial. He was able to work with the prosecutor prior to trial to make an arrangement that was satisfactory to all parties. As it turned out with Shawn representing me I was able to meet my goal of avoiding serious damage to my driving record. Henry defended me in a criminal case that resulted in acquittal. He then
was able to expunge the case from the record as well as a prior criminal case that was more than ten years old. My case was filed in June. He briefed me along the way all the time of status of the case and what to expect. He was very thorough and knows his law. I was very happy of his services.

When I needed a good defense attorney I started doing some research and was able to disqualify several attorneys just from talking to them on the phone. I met face to face with my top 3 choices and Patrick Hanifin was one of them. I was looking for an attorney that was a good listener, demonstrated a strong understanding of the laws relating to my situation, and had a common-sense approach to help present my case to the courts. Patrick blew away the competition, it wasn't even close! After meeting with him I felt confident I would get a good result. He reduced my anxiety substantially because I was so confident in his ability. Patrick is very easy to talk to and responds promptly to your calls and emails. His fees are very reasonable and he even set me up with a payment plan. I am very satisfied with the outcome in court and I couldn't have done it without Patrick.
